Today (25 Oct 2014), Ms. Supattra Nakaphiw, a member of the National Human Rights Commission, revealed that the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has considered the case of the Social Security Office refusing to pay welfare and retirement benefits to an insured person who died to a young girl who is an illegitimate child but is the actual child of the deceased.
